What is a port number?
A port number is a real phone number that you can transfer, or “port,” to a different carrier. When you purchase from us, you receive a verified cellular number with all the information needed to initiate a port-out to another carrier.
What are port-in promotions?
Port-in promotions are special deals carriers offer when you switch to them and bring an eligible phone number. These range from free or discounted devices to monthly bill credits and other perks. Each carrier has its own eligibility requirements, which is why having a real cellular number on a specific carrier matters.

We’re confident in our numbers. If a number you purchased cannot be ported due to inaccurate account information provided by us, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within the 5-day window.
What is the difference between cellular numbers and VoIP?
Temmly’s cellular numbers are registered with the carriers and backed by a real SIM card. VoIP numbers are just digital numbers generated by a computer that may or may not work.
